The VTK Jobfair is the largest recruitment fair for engineers in the BeNeLux. It is an open-house fair where engineering students from all around Leuven come to explore the job market in their domain and meet their future employer. Apart from the students of the Faculty of Engineering Science, we also welcome a lot of industrial, economic and bioengineering students, making the VTK Jobfair the best place to meet engineering profiles from KU Leuven and its surroundings. 

The concept with the name VTK Jobfair was introduced in the academic year 2007-2008, making this the 18th edition. The edition back then had 44 attending companies, and was held in the Provinciehuis Leuven. Now, 18 years later, our Jobfair welcomes almost 200 companies and 2500 students at the Brabanthal in Heverlee. Each year new improvements are made, such as the large bar-and-lounge tent we introduced in the 2023-2024 edition.

The VTK Jobfair is organized by VTK Career (Corporate Relations), a team of 8 highly motivated engineering students who are dedicating their time and skills to connect students and companies. Of course, an event such as the Jobfair can not be built and ran with just 8 people. All of the 92 volunteer students at VTK help in making this the best Jobfair your company has ever experienced.
